trainingRisks exist on every project and Project Managers have a responsibility to effectively plan, assess, monitor, and  control those risks.  The inability to do this well can result in catastrophic project failures which can have serious financial, legal, and safety consequences. Risk must be properly assessed during every stage of a project life cycle.  Ready2ACT will assist Project Managers in determining when, how, and with whom to do risk assessments.  Together, we plan and facilitate these highly-participative sessions to ensure the team has identified the risks and opportunities, assessed them, qualified and quantified them, and planned risk responses to decrease the probability or impact of the risks before they happen.  If high-priority risks still remain, we lead the participants to develop contingency plans and assign owners. All this information is documented during the meeting, so the team has a usable risk register when they leave.
