Ready2ACT’s founder, Tiffany Dahlberg, has always been passionate about personal and professional growth. As an internal consultant and trainer, she brings over 25 years of experience working with several Fortune 500 companies, as well as mid-size companies, startups, and non-profits, including TIAA-CREF, DirecTV, Wells Fargo and AT&T.

Tiffany knew she wanted to use her passion, education, and experience to help companies and their employees reach their full potential. That’s why she started Ready2ACT back in 2003.
